Course segments include:
* Cost does not include recordings, transportation, lodging, or food for any workshop. Though Siobhan will negotiate cost of food with venue if necessary to get the best deal!
** You will receive a link to follow via your email 10 minutes prior to join the call.
*** When there is a Saturday workshop there is no call the Friday before.

- A weekly 2-hour teleconference call Fridays 9 - 11 a.m.** with recordings
- A workshop (if included in the segment) either on Saturday, February 29th , June 27th or July 18th***
- A personalized Activation from Spirit approx 30 minutes in length
- A meditation MP3
- Different exercises and techniques applicable to the specific segment
