Siobhan's coaching is holistic in nature. We will give you practical tools, countless resources, and the support you require to experience the internal and external upgrades that bring your whole life on all levels into wholeness and happiness.
Siobhan is available for one-on-one Coaching. One hour per week, for 4 consecutive weeks, 12 consecutive weeks, 24 consecutive weeks or ongoing. You pick a focus, and we will work with you to refine or overcome whatever it is you wish to improve. The time is now to overcome patterns and advance in consciousness. Let us help you move forward in awareness and application of the tools that are designed for your personal development.

Siobhan is a Meditation / Wellness instructor for the Livestrong Cancer Survivor group at the West Suburban YMCA in Newtonville , MA each year from September to June. Mondays, 12 - 1:00pm.
