The Art of Self Healing is a fun and revealing hands on workshop using the tools of meditation**, grounding, visualization, and feeling to take you through the process of Alchemical Transmutation.
The Golden Light of Love transforms the “lead" within the aura back into the essence of itself which is “golden” making this higher vibration permanent.
