Be as quiet as possible at least 20 minutes before your session begins. Wear light to white clothes. If you use a blanket, make it a light colour as well. Lie down at least 5 minutes before the session begins and allow your body and mind to completely relax.
Put a glass of water on your night stand or end table to drink after your session.
Every session is different. Open your heart relax and enjoy!
